SAFC I to SAFC II

I have an SAFC I in the car right now. I have the harness soldered in, and i would not like to re-do it. So can i just unplug the SAFC I harness and plug it into the SAFC II harness?

There is very little point in getting an SAFC2 over the SAFC1. It has a little bit of a different interface and a few more adjustment points, but the real world performance gain is nil.

well the safc I has 8 points. the II has 12 points, and the NEO has 16 points. Thats a pretty good difference to me, plus a few other minor things. I actually have two safc I's right now. I might try and sell them both to buy the NEO.

Still wondering if they can just be plugged in. I know they will plug in to the same harness. But besides the knock readout wire, what needs to be wired in???
