The wiring diagrams say to wire the brown ground wire closer to the ecu than the black ground wire.

Im hooking the SAFC up to run with a HKS FCON where it will modify the pressure sensor signal to the FCON which has its own fuel maps.

should i be wire the brown wire closer to the stock ecu or to the FCON ecu???

I can only guess that the two seperate ground taps are to suppress high frequency ground noise.
I'd tap it closed to the stock ECU.
