I dunno, the kid who had the car before me took a GROUND WIRE and used it as a wire to make the O2 sensor wire longer. AKA 1 less ground, but atleast I can have a narrowband AF ratio monitor! Homo...

Hi.
I got a AFC neo the last days, installation is also complete
I have a S4 TII and stock injectors, so I can run with zeros all over for the base
but I wanted to rich up the high boost section,
because with my self made overboost
switch enabled I run about 14 psi ( only use it for short time )
without overboost i have about 7 psi
I´ve got the exhaust gas temp monitored and already read 1080°C = 2000 Fahrenheit in overboost thats too much
, i dont have a wideband at the moment, but i have my narrowband displayed
I connected the AFC to the boost sensor instead of throttle, calibrated it on the autobahn with full vacuum and full (over)boost
than I started playing with the correction map and
i wonder about the little effect it does.
at high "throttle" i set the high rpm values all to +50%
i wanted to cool the exhaust gas temps. i still hit 970 °C = 1778 Fahrenheit
this might be barely ok , but im concerned as it is already at the limit of the correction map. maybe the only way is to go with larger injectors
i also got hesitations when the car is really warm/hot, but i have them since i´ve bought the car, i thought it is a mixture prob. thats why i bought the afc cause my narrowband showed lean. but it still remains when correcting to rich.

Nah it's still on there, hanging out at 0%. If the thing is working, does that mean it's done right or is there a posibility for it to work but not be wired right? My AFL or AF1 or whatever is like 3%.
I've been checking for vacuum leaks and stuff.
You buying that system Rota? :P

I would still pull up the carpet and get to the ECU to see just how its wired. I could possibly scan in a wiring diagram so you can see how it should be wired
I wont be able to purchase your system. I can't buy anything right now unfortunatly. I thought I could. I got my hopes up. Sorry
