You can lean the low map by ear or with a narrow band AFR gauge:
While sitting in neutral, hold the revs at 1K & lean the 1K correction on the S-AFC until you start to get a slight random miss, then add back a little.
Repeat the process for 1500 2000 & 2500.
Then set the remaining points tapering up with a little less lean as you go up the chart.
Setting the high power map really takes a wideband to do it the easy way.
The Rtek should already have you pretty close.
Without a wideband, you can do a hard pull, shut off the motor, pull off the road, & read the plugs.
