Apexi S-AFC in GSL-SE
Ok, trying to do a little planning for tomorrow. I need to know from anyone that already has one in their GSL-SE which wire goes where.
Air Flow
On a second gen, this goes to the wire that has approx 4v on it. Not the one that has 2-3v at 20*C.
ON a GSL-SE, does it go to:
Pin E - 4-6v at 20*C
Pin O - approx 12v
Pin Q - approx 2v
Pin R - approx 7.5V
Tach
Can I take this off my MSD 6A tach output, or should I take the signal off the factory Mazda tach (trailing coil)?
Throttle
Pin I (Throttle Sensor - approx 1v) is the correct pin, right?

You really need to dig out the shop manual and find the wiring pinouts for the ECU. With that info, it would be a piece of cake. Find out what each wire hooks up to on a 2nd gen and find the GSL-SE equivalent.

Got the wires figured out. I need to know what sensor number it is for the GSL-SE AFM. The 2nd gens use FL-5. I know it is a Flapper type. Anyone know the number?
Having to post as Steve.

Just try FL-5 - can't hurt if it isn't right. That should be correct.

Tried it. Still not working right. Runs and idles, but when I give it a little gas, it drowns out. I think there is something wrong with the way it gets it's idle trigger.
