the instructions that came with afc are stupid. i hooked everything up the way it said to. the afc turns on and works. the car just wont start. i finish setting up most of it and then i get to the sensor setup. what the hell am i supposed to input for flap, pressure and hot wire? the insturction book does not say.
my car is a s5 t2 vert. let me know what i can do or input into the afc. the car worked fine until i tried to install this thing.

 

> Didn't it com with the harness/wiring diagram booklet? Cause if I remember correctly it's FL-6 (Flap) in the booklet, so set it to that. I have the booklet, since I have the same motor and setup, but I left it at the shop, so don't take my word 100% yet.

 

thanks, i figured it out a while ago. i still think the directions are stupid. after it was working, the rpm was off. i had to change it to four cylinder. i'm trying to tune it now but its to hard driving and looking at the gauges. know any dyno tuning in the bay?
