air/ fuel ratio question

hi, im going to tune my safc in the dyno pretty soon and i whant to know at what afr ratio do i need to run on my rx7 TII and being safe to the engine.

"safe" also involves spark timing, boost pressure, and intake air temperature.
On a stock turbo - about 11 at full power/WOT.
