wanted to know how many FC guys runnin s-afc have BIG injectors as secondaries . if so can u please post what size secondaries you are using .
im really looking into purchasing 2 1680cc inj from keith from kgparts . just wanted to know if anyone else is using something similar with good results. i have a wideband which i will be using to dial the fuel curves along with the safc. thanks

 

I would not really go any bigger than maybe a 1000cc. I was running 720 primaries and 890 secondaries but I really had turn it into the negative. I am now just gonna run 4x720s I am running a BNR stage 3 for a turbo with a FMIC with 2.5 piping and 2.5" TB inlet. I dunno I think the SAFC is just a good piggy back. You may want to wait for somthing like digital tunings 2.0v chip.

 

thanks usmcjsy for the reply . i was actually looking for 1000cc inj but havent found any decent priced ones. i do have 720 as secondaries which i planed on swsapping them to primary spot . i will consider looking into some 1000cc inj.
also i was gonna purchase the rtek 1.7 for the boost retard that it comes with which is great for anything over 8lbs of boost. that is another expense coming my way but since i have a safc i wont need the 2.0 since henrik told me that the 2.0 will come with its own afc built in. will definetly get the 1.7 though same as 2.0 without the built in AFC. do you know any good places that sell 1000cc for a good price that plug right in and are low impedence like our inj.?

 

also usmcjsy how were you tuning the safc ? with what instruments? wideband? EGT guage ? dyno tune+o2 reading?
