Yes. I have:
13b six port, large street port
Header-exhaust no cat
No aux ports
S5 intake, VDI wide open
CS intake tube
Filter
Freshly cleaned stock injectors
wideband, vac gauge, SAFC II

And I tuned it without a problem

I'm thinking about getting an apexi safc2 neo. I need to lean out a lot and can't afford a stabdalone right now. I've heard a lot of mixed feelings about the safc. Heard it doesn't adjust factory timing and others say it does, can u clear this up for me please? Would u recomend it?

what setup are you running? the safc can lean/rich your afr, but only to an extent. its a very basic tuning device. for example, a good candidate would be like a turbo 2 with rtek1.7, an safc, and a wideband. but if you need to lean out a lot, just save up and get a standalone. and the safc does not adjust ignition timing. i hope this helps
