I'm former active currently active reserve navy. No money but when i have some i'll be after one of your 35r kits.

Also, a friend of mine former army currently a contractor somewhere in the sandbox is working on an almost budget-less evo8 build. Another friend is still serving after two deployments to iraq has a 240sx hatch w/ a sr20. is this rx7 club only or might one or both of them be able to jump in on this?

If they are active duty and we have product we make for their platform we can work something out. I can't discount Greddy or HKS stuff really as the internet ****** already have that stuff down to absolute minimum price.

I haven't even read the entire thread, however, thank you for your kindness with offering a discount on parts. I've been in the Supra community for 4 of my 6 years on active duty service and spent ungodly amounts of money and never saw such a discount. Now I've decided to spend some time with the FD3S and I look forward to doing business with A-Spec.

Hats Off to you guys...........plus you guys are in my home state...IL. How could I go wrong!

I will certainly be in touch very, very soon..........Yes I sold the Supra!

Hey, I was just wondering if the discounts you offer are strictly for those currently on active duty? Or does it apply to veterans as well? I personally spent 7 of my 8 years in the reserves and one year on active and served in Iraq in '04. I'm just asking because I plan to eventually order a kit from you and if I can get a discount, great, if not, then oh well...but just wanted to ask...

Discounts are for A-spec product only. ie not other manufacturers. Also as long as you are active duty I see no reason not to offer the discount. If you served in the current theaters your good to go as well. Hope that makes some sense.

Sweet, I've been debating the GT500R. I'm a reservist who left AD in November; I've served in Iraq.

Thanks Zero/A-Spec for showing your appreciation. Too many people mix politics up with folks in uniforms. We just do what our elected officials tell us!

Post this in the lounge and/or fire me a PM. I'm navy and will give you the low-down, but that isn't the purpose of this thread.

In related news, i'll be making some purchases from the sandbox in a few months. Seems money isn't going to be the issue anymore...
