white smoke

OK guys I need help I'm still a noob wit rotary's engine.
My 13b is throwing white smoke out the muffler and it doesn't stop wat could it be
Advice on wat to look for before pulling engine out?

Check coolant level check oil level top off if neede and pull radiator cap with it full and cold run up to running temp and see if it spits out the water if it does you need to rebuild it or get another engine. You can also use a block test kit to test it..
