Just wanted to get a feeler for who all plans to be running to Thunder Valley on opening day? Its February 4th (sunday) and gates open at noon, and closes at 5pm. Prices are $8 for Pit Pass and $15 to Race. I'm going to make an effort to get there at noon, and hope its not too busy when I get there.

what is it, like a race track?

 

Thunder Valley Raceway its in noble and its a NHRA 1/4 mile race track one of only 3 completely concrete racetracks in the country. It is down in the valley though and everyone always cuts bad times there it seems like. BTW that day is the first day they will be open this year so it will be crammed packed. Anyone that goes will be lucky to get anywhere from 2 to 5 runs all day. I normally go on the first and last day and it sucks. I would recomend waiting a couple weeks.

 

Ill be there but the RX7 should be in Garland being rebuilt again.

LOL my main reasoning was to meet up with scott and see run with him, if its just gonna be the 3 of us and only me running, I might not be up to it, lol.

I dont think that my car will be gong to Garland this week. But i, sure if its a good idea to run it with the oil consumption issue.

 

Yea I don't think I am going to be running my car tomorrow either. Instead, I will probably call brad, and convince him he needs to help me swap out turbos since FINALLY I have what I need! T67 -> GT3574
