Agreed -- last year Scott and I decided to randomly meet up at a Freebirds on the south side of town and a nice handful of guys showed up.

These can be done at any time and there are quite a few (me included) who would be available most any random Saturday to meet for an impromptu lunch with just a day or two of notice.

These should happen more often for sure. Anyone should feel free to post in this subforum if they so choose.

This is the time of year we need to be getting these cars out of the garages (daily-drivers and front-yard-parkers no offense!).

If you leave your rotary parked in your lawn or your garage you're doing it wrong. Granted you should probably have a backup car but isn't your rotary more fun to drive?

To be honest I literally hate driving my RX-7 to work... commute is relatively short, stop and go the whole way, crappy streets and the added pleasure of smelling like gasoline. So I would say I get a lot more pleasure driving my truck to work.

I enjoy the car a lot more if I pick and choose when I want to drive the car, just my personal preference!

PS -- Looking forward to the shirts. Will there be a toy donation at the December meet? I forgot last month but have a sweet stash of goods now.
