The August club meet is just around the corner. Come on out Tuesday the 13th to Gabby's BBQ. We will have some questionnaires for people to fill out as we start preparations for the 2014 schedule. We want to see what kind of events you want and what kind of experience you are looking for out of the club. If we are lucky one of our members will be bringing out a big surprise. We've got some new members from Florida that might also be in attendance so come out to the meeting and give them a big Texas welcome.

Yeah I guess everyone uses fb and now I have no idea of how many people are going to show!

 

Phil, the RX Club of Houston page on Facebook is public, so you CAN see it without logging in or having an account. You can even see the event page and all the discussion there. Currently we have 25 going and 6 maybes, plus 39 more invited members.

I'm not promoting it over any single medium with the exception of the local club site.

Which will be one of the topics of discussion at the next club meeting as well. It costs money to keep the local club site going and we don't get much use out of it. We need to weigh the costs vs benefits and see what its future may hold.

 

My foot has healed enough that I can drive a stick shift again.
Will be driving the "7" tomorrow.

 

I'll swing by tomorrow. It's been a few years so it would be good to see what's new.
