I'm just renting the house for teh time being...

If I'm only there a few years I don't see things appreciating enough to allow me to make any money off buying.. I'd just be giving 2 comissions to a realestate agent. (buyt now, sell in 2 years) 6% x155 = 9,300 X 2 = $18,600. Yeah... Can't justify that. How the hell do realtors deserve so big of a chunk of the money anyway???

It was listed at 155k, renting for 1200...

I dunno about Sat night.. Fiance's brother is in town this weekend...

 

I hear that - especially since you could probably *get* a realtor's license for a whole bunch less than that.
Price sounds good with a yard that big. That's what I want eventually - somewhere to put a shop so I can, oh, I dunno, park cars in the garage. Bigger house than my current 1400 sq. ft. would be nice, too.

Not too bad. Pave that bit next to the house and you'll have a place to park the trailer once you rebuild the engine in your GSL-SE. Right?

Damn that was fun!!!! Very neat lake pad too!!! I was a little shizzzlefaced and Ms. Scalli reminded me about making fun of her on the phone and I reminded her that she needs a better sense of humor to which she whacked me I have no idea what upset her It couldn't have been anything I said could it?
It was so good to see all of you guys again. It had been way too long. Glad to hear David moved backed..... just before Eric moves off?

I got the pics of the Ferrari and a few before I got too buzzed to remember I brought a camera I will get them off and post them later.

 

That was a good time! Hope everyone enjoyed themselves and be sure to thank Thorage and his wifey for hosting everything!

Yes, thanks to everyone that came out, and esp Mr. Thorage.... I had a blast! Scalli, It's good to know know Mrs. Scalli didn't castrate you or anything when you got home..

And my arms are still tired from that blasted stand-up jet-ski. Those suckers are hard!

I forgot to tell Ms. Thorage thanks for doing this. Heck I am not really sure if I thanked Chris or not. Things just kept getting fuzzier as the night went on.
But I definately VERY grateful for all that they did and I am really happy that Chris got a really good job gig going. That's really cool.
So many others that did not make it out I would have loved to have seen

 

It was good to see all of you guys. It was a fun party, didn't have as much fun at the other party I had to make an appearance at.

I've dated a couple.... Tif is taller.. about 5'8" shoulder length blond hair (or was then, it's longer now)

If you met her at City Streets you'd remeber her from kareoke, because man can she sing!

Scalli was haulin some serious *** on those jet skis! I thought you dumped a couple gallons of nitro in the tank!

Had an awesome time! Beer was cold, food was good, and everybody was having a blast.

I had never been on one that fast so like with everything else I wanted to know just how fast it would go I quit looking at the speedo at just a little over 60 and it climbed a little more before it topped out. Of course I really wanted to know where the speedo was but I was too busy panning for boats or anything that could possibly get close. If the lake was not as calm as it was I would have never tried topping it out though. It would have just beat the crap out of me.
The yellow one was crazy-*** fast I can tell you that!

Oh, glad you posted the other pic Eric I was kinda wonderin' who that guy was with Tiffany as well

I hit 65mph before I started to hit chop and loose speed....


Don't worry... I may be a tad older, but I'm still not much of a grown up!

 

Growing up is so overated!!! I got a decent job, car, house, kids and I never had to grow up at all. If you don't believe me ask Ms. Scalli!!! Something tells me you guys believe me though

What is really funny is that when I first opened it up I was not really expecting it to go that fast and when I noticed it was a lot faster than I expected was when I peeked at the speedo It was pushing 60 and I'm thinking "no wonder it seems like I am going so fast" I knew I was going fast but that did kind of shock me a bit

 

Meh. That's nothin'.

You should have heard Colleen scream when I cracked the throttle. She'd never ridden a jetski before and "didn't realize how scary they were". Needless to say, I spent the better part of the ride showing her the multiple ways to fall off.
