Red FD Spotted in Dallas

Saw it parked at some apartments(?) off Skillman north of Church this morning, does it belong to anyone here?

Does it have one of those "Adopt a pet" license plates and looks stock (b/c it is)?

Only saw the rear end in a parking spot as I drove down Skillman, didn't see the plates. I don't think it had a rear wing of any kind on it...

Theres a lady I see every now and then that works near there. We pass each other on the way to work sometimes... always compliments me on my FC... I drool at her unmolested FD.
