LOL, I think the Supra was an accident. I saw him and the car in front of me go at it for a bit, and then he was gone.

Lol, I filled up my tank before I left so had only 16 miles used. When I got to Hooters I had 92 (or 97, can't remember) and had solidly used half of the tank. I don't think I've redlined 4th gear so much, nor used that and 5th as cruising gears. I had to be prepared.

I had a good time as well. I didn't see any of the 1st gens or any of the 3rd gens. We did have a little group of FC's in the pack I was in. The group that waited for us @ I20 must of been the lead pack so everyone else must of been behind us. I slowed down a few times hoping to see the 1st and 3rd gens catch up to us. I started with a full tank and ended up with 1/4 tank after 151 miles of fun. I had a poker game to go to in Keller after the cruise, and I won.

Well, at least you made it...my wife and my Mom must have the Big Guy's ear cuz my '83 died on Matlock Rd that afternoon and I had to have her towed back home for inspection. Since I still had the family get together for King's Day yesterday, I didn't look at it until today...the infamous clogged fuel filter......I prolly woulda got a ticket anyway...

btw it was nice of the lead pack to stop on the exit to 20 to wait for us... only to leave us in the dust again
the red supra was part of the cruise. he was running late and didnt show up to the meet. i let him know the path because i knew he would help pick up the pace of the pack.

You were hauling! I wanted to keep up with you but to be honest, I was timid to push it around the traffic. Are you stock or what mods do you have? And why haven't we seen you on the 8 boards?

I second that suggestion. Another cruise ending at the track would be great.

Did anyone have a vidio camera to catch some of the cruise? Some of the playing we did on I20 would be fun to watch.

the problem with doing a track meet, done these before, but not enough people show up.
I can set up a rotary day at like the denton drag strip, can run a bracket class and a heads up class, that way its fair for everyone. i'd even bring my rx7 for this one
