Hey,
I just wanted to introduce myself. I wish I could have made the June DFW meet but I was driving back from Ohio with my new car.

I just purchased a '91 RX-7 convertible (triple black) from a fellow SCCA member in Ohio. I put over a 1000 miles on the way back without missing a beat. Here's the crazy part, the odometer just rolled over 27k miles on the way back. I'm loving the car and it will be my daily driver.

I autocross a 94 Miata and love my Mazdas. I saw this car and couldn't pass it up. If you see me around town, give me a wave. I'll try to post some pics if I can.

 

Here are a few pics before I drove it home and coated it with bugs.

Try to ignore the sheep skin covers, they stayed in Ohio. I didn't think they would do well in the TX summer heat.

 

The Miata in my avatar is my CSP car. I autocross locally with ER, BMWCCA, S2000, and SCCA every now and then. I usually only go to the larger SCCA events.

The user name is one that I've been using for a while now on other forums. It's a reference to my old autocross car, a 97 BMW M3 sedan.
