need a pilot bearing removal tool/houston tx

im tring to get my clutch done and i cant get the damn pilot bearing out tried the autozone and advanceauto parts pullers and they where both to big and would work..so do any of you rotory guys here in houston have a puller or know a trick i can use to get the old bearing out?

You have to get the Autozone slide hammer with the two jaw attachment. It will work. Maybe you rented the wrong tool.

I'm including a pic of the one you want and a pic of the bearing coming out.

If you've already beat on it and all that is left inside is the outer race you might have to cut it out. You can take a die grinder with a pencil tip attachment to it and cut it so you can grab it with needle nose pliers. Go easy while cutting but the race is a lot softer than the eccentric shaft so it doesn't take much cutting so you can bend the race enough to grab it.

I used the pineapple racing removal tool took me a couple minutes to get it out and I am a noob, lol.

we got it out had to cut the outer shell out ..but the new ones in and the clutch is on just have to finish bolting every thing up..
