Will be moving to the Alexandria (Fort Polk) Louisiana area next year. It will be a new place for me. What areas do you guys recommend for? Please be upfront and honest to better help me in making a good decisions as me and my wife will be separating when before I leave the Tucson AZ area.

Need a good area close to Fort Polk?
Will be looking for a rotary/fabrication/auto paint shop to finish up the work on my Cosmo.

What is the car scene and road/drag/drift tracks in central Louisiana area?

 

Im from new orleans the rx7 scene isnt very big here if you cant tell already. i dont know about central louisiana but there is a track in belle river louisiana and i think baton rouge but its mainly street racing around here. they just built a huge road/drift course here in new orleans but no drag track as of yet.
