how many FD's plan on going out there? im one that will be out there... figured we dont need to put our cars in the show maybe we can snag a corner in the parking lot and park all of them together????? give me some feedback on who is going for sure!?

I'd like to go... never been to HIN.

 

went to it last time and it was kinda lame till it got dark... thats when it livens up... they have a drift show and alot of vendors and you can put your car in the show for couple bucks i think.

 

I'm not really planning on going to this one, since I believe the one in DFW in Oct will be ALOT bigger. the UT-OU Game is alot bigger than UT-Tech, and its at Cowboys Stadium!

Thanks doc. Last years event fell on a weekend that I had something more important to do. I haven't even really considered it for this year. Lemme look into it. Thank goodness diesel prices have come down since my last tour. I was paying 6+ dollars a gallon when I went out to the west coast with the car last time. The dually gets maybe 12 mpg towing...

Just an FYI for anyone going DONT TRUST WHERE A GARMIN TELLS YOU TO GO!!!!!!! I spent about an hour driving back and forth, because my Garmin was a dumbass.

 

Its a big maybe on me going. the last one was ok the only thing good there was the drifting and a sick looking blue FD.

 

Is there medication for Fds that are sick? Rotor-tussin?

Who all went yesterday?

 

I was there. I actually had a good time. I was lucky to be one of the first 100 people to drive/race the mazda 3's, and got a nice fossil watch for it. I won a drawing for some t-shirt thing, and got caught somehow in the middle of the mosh pit during the Korn concert
It was a small car show, but there were plenty of fun/free things to do. It was good seeing TheCrazyAZN out there representing the only RX7 there!
