Does anyone from San Antonio still get on this forum...until recently I had not been on in about a year. So I'm just checking to see if anyone else is still on here.

Just FYI, If you live in SA, come down to Best buy on 410&Isom on friday nights at around 10pm. Come a little early to get a good spot. We meet every week and its like a damn amatuer car show out here. Usual turn out is around 300 cars, so come check it out, its awsome...

 

i went and stuff its a bunch of hondas doing 1 wheel burnouts and then cops come and ruin it all.

 

I figured it would be something to that effect.....used to happen all the time when I lived in Houston. I think the place was called "Miami Subs" was fun it was also A LOT of classics so it was nice. Not a bunch of hondas although there were a few but they were not as dominant as they are now. Jeezus that was like 7 years ago.....i'm gettting old sheesh.

I used to hang down at the old U-haul (Hwy6/Westheimer) when I wasn't out in Deer Park

 

yeah back when I was young and stupid we raced around there (u-haul area). But it was closer too 97-99 when I used to hang out at those places well, U-Haul was later then that but I dont really remember.

 

Just remember to bring some soy sauce.

 

Also some people seem to think the Best Buy parking is a good place for drifting.

Yeah I'm out there from time to time. I was at San Antonio Raceway last Saturday night for the races as well. Figured I would run into you there.

 

I was actually at work that Saturday evening. I heard some things about your motor? If its true, I'm sorry to hear it.

 

Wow word gets around fast. But yeah its true, lost two apex seals on front rotor. Lee is gonna be doing the rebuild. As soon as I get the new motor in I'm selling my FD. Getting too old this. Turns out Rx7.com loaded a seriously dangerous map on my PFC. Lee verified it for me. For instance Instead of running 15 degrees timing at 11-12 psi it was set at a very dangerous 27 degrees. Pulling the motor this weekend should be up and running again by the middle of July. Rogu3 give me a call sometime 210-296-8787.

Nice to things actually going on in San Antonio again. I've been out of the scene for a while but I'll be back up finally 8 months down due to pure laziness.
