Gauge help, fast!!!!

I have an iEquus (http://www.iequus.com/products.php?category_id=100_105) triple gauge set.
The volt is hooked up but the other two arent. I'm trying to hook them up but am having a lot of trouble.

Water--- I found the temperature sending unit by the oil filter, Is this where I am supposed to put the new sensor??? Because the new sensor seems to be tooo big for the hole, and I can't get the stock one off it is in a very bad position to unsrew it. Idk if this can be fixed by an adapter, the tube on the end that does the sensing looks too big to fit inside there.

Oil---The sensor is supposed to replace stock one down by the oil drain plug. I bought an adapter kit but it still wont fit in the hole, the hole is a little too big.

I have the nylon oil line kit.
I'm wondering If I need a different adapter kit, or if this entire gauge kit won't work at all for my car. Maybe all of the sizes are wrong because its a rotary or something.

I would be very grateful for any help.
