DFW crowd died???
It's been a year since the last meet or activity for DFW.
Is there anyone still around?
Tito, Andrew and Gilbert are around.
I know Andrew is still building, and probably will for life, if you see his project. LOL ;-)
My car was down for restoration for 2.5 years, but now I am doing a new engine (current not blown) and new turbo.

I think the OG DFW 7 members either moved or don't own a 7 anymore. There are still some around. Most of the 7 meets are hit and miss. I haven't been to one in a long time which I need to fix that but work gets in the way a lot.

Hi, I have been organizing the meets and events for the DFW Rx7 community for a little bit using Facebook due to it's ease of fast contact and information.
I hardly log onto the club anymore and it just takes a while for the posts to get any traction.
Along with the monthly meets I have held DYNO Day events at PRT Performance with Steve Kan, Sushi Saturday meets, and I have held a cruise. (looking to do another one)
Today I will be posting information on my Facebook page for a Rx7 grill out at the lake on March 3rd to give people a couple weeks to straighten anything out so they may attend.
The Rx7 community is small making everything a hit and miss but I'm trying to put together a variety of events at different times to gain more attention and attract more rotary enthusiasts to come out.
For more information, pictures, ect. here is my page:
https://www.facebook.com/DfwRx7Meet/?ref=hl
If you have any questions, comments, concerns, assertions please let me know.
Hope so see some of you come out.

LOL, just imagine how hard it is to get a few to attend a local meet, forget having to drive that far out to hang in a parking lot for a while.
Not happening any time soon with the possibilities of getting stranded at night.

They're all in either hibernation or open heart surgeries... or both? I haven't came across any here in Dallas either. Oddly enough, I saw them daily when I last visited Japan. I figured they would've been replaced by now as DD cars.

You can see mine tool around every weekend in the austin area lol. I'm the black 3rd Gen with te37sl. I do want to get more of us in town together. I rarely see them make it to cars and coffee any more.
