DF/W area Summer Airshows
Since I have weekends off now, I have the chance to attend some airshows.
Anyways, the Majors Field(Greenville) Airshow is June 11, and yup I plan on making it. It was supposedly decent last year:
Majors Day Fly-In/Airshow:
Annual Majors Fly-In/Airshow, Greenville Majors Field Airport. Aerial demos, fly-bys, jumpers, static displays including Skybolt and full size replica of the Wright Flyer.
I would expect some F-16's and other Miltary planes to perform
I believe the Alliant Air-Show in FT/W is later in the summer(I think late August), plan on making that one too. They're both supposed to be pretty good.
As of now, I plan to go to both. Let me know if you're interested in going so I can look for you there.

The Alliance air show is at teh end of Sept... Same weekend as the TMS Autocross just up the street

The Blue Angels were at the NAS last month or so...
The Alliance show is worth going to but they charge $$$ and it's awfully hot. Glad we got to see the Blues already for free and it was cool outside

I got the scoop that the one here in Greenville usually sucks and to not bother going to it.
However, there is one in Denton(and it's this Saturday--May 21) it's supposed to be a good one to go to.
I'm not 100% sure I'll be there, but will try to make it out. If anyone else is going let me know and I'll look for you.
