Mark / Norm / Others -- will there be a nice group at C&C this Saturday and do we have someone willing to show up early and set up cones?

Been MIA for 3 months because my gorgeous FD was violated by a stupid deer on the way to the Twisted Sisters some months back... Still waiting on my reverse-cowl mazdaspeed hood so literally nothing has been done.

On the bright side, picked up a little NA hardtop miata last weekend and am happy to pretend its an RX7 if you all promise to look the other way

I'll be out there again. Still havent done anything about my hood. Not sure when the other 7's will show up. Last month it just happened to fall together last minute.

As I've told Stephen already, I'll be in NOLA... wish I could go.

 

Dang Stephen, that sucks, but glad about the Miata. I won't be going to C&C this week. I decided to go ahead and change all the bushings/new springs&shocks/do a brake upgrade so the car won't be finished until next weekend.

 

Unfortunately, I'm heading out of town tonight and will be gone for the weekend. If I was going to be in town I'd be there. I need to get a new headlight cover anyway before I come back out.

 

I guess I will just wear my fanny pack and all-white New Balance sneakers and hang out with the miata crowd

 

I'll try to park with the miata crowd then since it seems like I might be the only 7 actually going out there.

 

How was it, who actually went?

 

I saw Mr3Plus1's ride and an FB elsewhere but not sure who's it was... that was it.

 

I'll be ready to head down early and save spaces for the July meet!

thank you. dont mind the paint job i did it in my garage. i actually like the "patina" i gave it. but im prolly going to repaint or dip it later on. or go back to a flat sliver.

 

Nothing wrong with a garage paint job. I did mine in a detached garage in an apartment complex.

 

id love to get some video and pics of the widebody sometimes. i need pics for my magazine practice spreads. i could also put it on an autoblog (autoessence).

mainly i just want pics and video of badass cars....
