Yep, even the stock na 12A in the '83 felt like it gained 10 HP just from the air......it was nice getting to chat with some of the regulars that I've never had a chance to talk with before.

The meager pics I took will go up tomorrow morning.

 

I wanted to stay longer but the drizzle and the cool weather got to me. Should have took a jacket. Seen you around but never had the chance to meet you personally. Will do next time.

 

I forgot to ask you this but how do the Pilotis size compared to a brand like... oh say nike or reebok or something. I dunno where I can physically go to try them on to see if they fit a little larger or smaller. Finishline now carries a very limited line of the Pilotis buuuuuut none of the stores in Texas stock them and thus have to be ordered/shipped.

 

They are slightly under...I'm normally 8.5" in a Reebok, which is what I always wore before Piloti's....I wear a size 9 comfortably in the Piloti...I have a pair in the 8.5" size but they are just a bit cramped. I usually eBay specifically what I'm looking for. The two stores that used to carry them stopped.

The only pics I got of the meet...the sprinkling made me limit my time since I didn't want the camera or the lens to get water on them.

Good turnout for a "raincheck" meet. I ended up going to the taste of addison before it got chilly. Had some out-of-this-world fajita nachos! First time to go and had some very tasty food. Ran into someone else playing hooky from the meet while I was out in Addison...
