Ceramic Coating Recommendation - TX

Ceramic Coating: http://www.engineceramics.com/

I don't know about the rest of you but all I seem to come across are bad shops. When I came across the ceramic coating place I thought I should share. Enjoy...

Wow!!!! This place I found made my day (which was later ruined, thank you City of Dallas). I called up Stan at Engine Ceramics, he told me to bring my header and he'd get it ceramic coated for me. I dropped it off at 10:45am today, he told me it would be ready late tomorrow. At 1:00pm he calls me and tells me it's ready to pickup. It's finished - just over 2 hours after I dropped it off!!!! This guy jumped on it and got my header ceramic coated and I didn't even ask for a rush, I was in no hurry. It's now got a satin black 2000 degree ceramic coating which included a media blast cleaning. All this for only $100!!!! This guy made my day, the header came out awesome, should cut down on temps and may give me a slight boost in power.

My day was later ruined driving back to my office from Stan's shop when I hit some enormous 6" round metal turn lane markers a.ka. giant "city *******" resulting in 2 blown tires, 2 bent rims and a tow bill for my daily driver (which has only stock 18" wheels - not some 20" bling). Getting the rims repaired and 2 new tires set me back a nice $900, so much for the good deal on the header. Thanks Laura Miller and the City of Dallas for those king kong size pavement markers on random turn lanes.

Sucks about your wheels. Insurance covers that doesnt it?

That place looks and sounds cool and not to pirate your thread, but Ive always had all of my polish and coating work done with Anthony. Hes a great guy and does great work too. Now I cant promise a 2 hour turn around, but Ive always been a supporter of the people that support us, and Anthony is that kinda guy.

I really wanna check out your car one day. Lol, ill walk over to your house. gimme a call!
