CENTEX RX7 dinner meet up.
Hey all you killeen, Ft Hood, Belton, Temple, Austin, and general Texas residents looking for some dinner and a chance to meet local RX7 owners this is your chance!!
Currently scheduled for wednesday the 17th at 1800( 6 p.m. ). I am not a big fan of Hooters (so so food / slow wait times) so I am open to suggestions for good restaurants otherwise I am going to call a few places to see what kind of group they will support tonight and post more details tomorrow.
PM me or just post that you are coming. I think we can get at least 5 cars out for the initial meet up.

The TPS on our cars is a tough one to find/adjust right. I think I paid $120 for a replacement and had to get it professionally installed because I don't have the multimeter to test/adjust it. I also left a note on the silver RX7 that is close to where I work. No word back from them yet.
On another note. I saw what looked to be an rx-3 last night on base. I don't know if anyone else has seen it but it was pretty cool to see!

Boston's is pretty decent; there are always some custom bikes parked there when the weather's good too. Doesn't matter to me though; I still won't be back to Hood for another couple months...

Yeah, I am going to say that Fuddruckers is final if we don't want to scrape up the cars. So far I only have Myself and SumtinWong. There has got to be a few more cars willing to show up!!
I made it on Wednesday because my unit has a 4-day weekend so Wednesday is the last work day for us otherwise I would have said Friday for sure.

Just wanted to say thanks to FJFDRX7 for having me over. That is truly an amazing car!! I was also very impressed with your garage packed with tools. Everything a rotor head will ever need.

crack the engine that we pick up last night open, should start porting today in the afternoon and finishing tomorrow with the build, unless the wife want to go out somewhere LOL.
I got more stuff, it just dont fit in the garage (sand blasting gabinet, parts washer etc) plus the car take a bit of space as well.
LMK when you want to do the taillights ok

for sure. It was cool to see the porting yesterday. I finally got my cherry popped when it comes to seeing the internals of a rotary in person. I will PM you about the taillights.
