was looking at race photos and saw a red fd with tag RX7 R2, was wondering if its anyone in here, im stuck on the east coast but always wanted to go to/enter that race, just want to know what its like and what it takes!? Been interested ever since isaw it on speedvision a couple of years ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

It's a typical open road race. Really high speed, relatively safe (for a ORR/Hillclimb). They have various classes based on speed so you could run whatever you have at a reasonable speed, with corresponding safety requirements for the various rates of speed.

hahha saw the # 37 rx-7 from longview, tx. I work for longview inspection, which started in longview,tx, but i work for the south carolina office, anyways, this was the website i was at but just looked at the pics, i hope to make to the races some day, just a few more safty mods lol. thanx
