Who makes the best T-series turbos?
I mean as a manufacturer, not a kit, if I am buying a particular turbo who should I go with? Let's talk about manufacturing quality, technology, reliability, cost to maintain, performance, whatever. If other, who?

I have a Garrett, and personally like their quality and cost effectiveness. In my search for a 60-1 though, I have been told that the Turbonetics unit is superior to the Garrett one. Opinions?
