White smoke- from the turbo??

Could this be?? White smoke caused by the turbo?
Its not a coolant seal from what I can tell-

(refer to this thread https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...hreadid=307766)

Is the smoke coming form the turbo area itself or out the tailpipe?

The smoke only occurs after boost- out the tail pipe-

I had the owner run all the tests of how to check for a bad coolant seal and its not that.

Im almost positive its the turbo- someone I know cracked his T04 and the synthetic caused white smoke.

Im going to look at the car soon, if it is the turbo- Ill buy it- if its a water seal- cant afford the rebuild.

This is kind of what mine is doing right now.
Here are some pics of my hotside(S5 turbo) after I removed it.

It would leak oil so bad that it dripped through the hotside and burned off in the engine bay along with threough the exhaust.

This is a rebuilt turbo with only 4 hours of idle time on it(NO BOOST TIME!)

Does anyone have a clue to why it would do this?
The oil return is fine.

Would someone explain WHY oil would be found in the TID? People have had me check- what if its like the hot side leaking?
