The words, "fast spooling, street and 700hp" don't exactly go together. At least not on a 13B based RX-7. I'd say you would be looking at a GT42 series turbo and higher, but that much power out of such little displacement will certainly give new meaning to turbo lag.

first thing should be what are you using the car for. 6-700hp is no joke in these 2700lbs cars. i dont think there are many people who understand that. everyone wants a big number but a 400whp rx7 is a handful to drive on street tires. also 400whp takes down 600cc bikes no problem.

Let's start with the basics;
1. What mods do you have now? Explain in detail.
2. What are your plans for this car?
3. Have you searched this forum, for the other mods to support your hp goal?
4. What budget have you set aside?
5. Who will be doing all this engine work?
6. What do you consider "high boost"?
7. Time frame in mind? One month, two, three....ect.
8. What fuel would you use?
As you see, this is just the start of things to come.
Let us know, we will help.

JDMFD777, there is no turbo that will work well for all your goals on the 13b. With a 20b, it would be doable but a lot of work and money would be required.
1) you want 700 hp (fine)
2) good response (not possible with 1)
3) you want to drift (not possible without 2 which 1 won't give you)
4) road race (having condition 1 is a "little" overkill and hard to go fast without condition 2)
5) 10 second ET (you can do that on any turbo if your car is setup right)

ill give you an actual responce. no car can do all 3 perfectly, but if your modest it can be decent at all 3. i would say a garrett gtx35r will do it all. fast enough responce for drifting and street and capable of just clicking into the 10's. if you want 9's your talking a drag only car. its not just the power at that point you will need a laggy turbo period. i have a 6765 bb precision on my car and its as responsive as my cast 35r was but i dont consider that good enough for smooth drifting. honest responce here so if your serious spend the money and by a garrett gtx3582r. im sure a-spec can build you a nice kit so get in contact with him.
edit, didnt see your thread thewird but pretty similar thoughts. i love the seats btw incase i didnt tell you 5 times already.
