Those are turbine wheel trims for Garrett T04 series of turbos.

They basically come in O-trim, P-trim, and Q-trim.
The turbine wheels gets larger from left to right.
An O-trim wheel should be avoided, as it's too small for a 13B.
The P-trim is the standard wheel for a 13B.
I have heard reliability problems with the Q-trim wheel, so I can't recommend them myself.&nbsp Maybe others can add their experiences?

Basically, you want the biggest wheel turbine wheel trim you can get.&nbsp Too small of a turbine wheel, and you choke the exhaust flow too much.
