This is the single turbo section. Are you single or do you have the factory twins?? If your single and those are your only upgrades then your in alot of trouble. If you have the factory twins and those are your only upgrades you really shouldnt need need anything prior or after. If you mean full exhaust system as in, downpipe, midpipe, and catback then you are gonna need some things.
You are in the single turbo section (aftermarket). You need to go here.

Well I looked and saw you have a turbo 2 I started with a similar set up. The most important things to get. Would be #1 a good boost controller as the fuel cut defencer is doing nothing more then telling your ecu that you are in a safe range. With out one you eventually will either blow your motor or fry the turbo or both. Next would be a after market boost gauge as the one in the car itself is pretty much useless. keep the boost under 10 psi. 3 a set of 850 cc injectors for the secondaries would be a big plus and a 255 lph fuel pump. At this point you will have spent some where around $2000 including the exhaust and defencer mentioned. Hope this helps and welcome to the world of rotary power. The above mentioned should get you into the mid to low 14 sec. range or around three hundread horse power.

A boost controller won't do anything for you at this point. It will only increase boost pressure not reduce it. If you're overboosting, you'll need to port the wastegate. Your injectors are fine for 10 psi, but you will be advised to upgrade the fuel pump. Just make sure you injectors now are clean. You will definitely not be at 300hp and even if you were, 14sec et's are a thing of the past. The stock turbo will not even flow those numbers.
The reason why everyone says 10 psi is a safe zone is because while you not hitting fuel cut anymore because of the FCD, you are not getting anymore timing retardation after 8.6 psi. So the farther you venture beyond, the greater the chances of doing damage. People like to experiment all the time and say you can do this and that and their engine hasn't had any trouble.
This site is nice and all, but you should really look into contacting a better source. Right now your getting advice from people you don't even know and could possibly be idiots. Just food for thought.
thanks alot for the heads up, i really appreciate it
