Any suggestions on what and where to buy additional components. I have a 94 twin turbo that I'm turning over to a single turbo. Heard its alot of work. I have my single turbo and intercooler, for a start. Please help

 

You're going to need JB-weld, 2 nAwz bottles (the big ones), an FMU and some duct tape!!!

Upgraded injectors
upgraded pump
upgraded rails wouldnt hurt
downpipe to fit
ECU, PFC, Microtech, Haltech, all work

do you have the whole single turbo kit or just the turbo?

 

If your FD is close to stock, I hope you have about $15-20k available.

 

it also depends on what your HP and street drivability goals are. what are your current mods?

new fuel SYSTEM.1600 secondary 850 primary, fuel rails, fpr, line,fuel pump.
boost controller.
remove emissions.
exhaust.
intake piping.

do you have single turbo kit? or just the turbo? if just the turbo you need a single turbo manifold,
external wastegate,
oil supply and drain lines.
intercooler piping to the intercooler you have.
a custom made downpipe
wideband o2 sensor/controller is highly recommended
ignition amp/wires/plugs
upgraded radiator
aftermarked ecu
fuel pump
injectors you might be able to get away with just upgrading the 550 primaries to 850s depending how much power you want

im sure there are some other little things here and there but thats the big things

 

Yes the turbo is a system, has down pipe and intercooler

 

plan on about 450-500hp

 

upgraded radiator.not a must but a good suggestion.

upgraded clutch.
