what is a faster spooling turbo

Which turbo will spool faster? GT35/40 or Turbonetics 62-1..?

GT35/40 I would believe. I think the GT35/40 is about the same size as the T3/T4 hybrid, which is smaller than the 62-1. And the GT35/40 would spool faster than most turbos the same size because of the ball bearings.

I might be wrong though.
