Power differences? Spool time differences? Efficiency differencies?

The GT35R will flow lots more air, thus giving more power. But the T04E will spool up a bit (not much) quicker.

The GT35R will also be more efficent than the T04E. Newer blade design and better bearings.

What porting does your engine have? This makes a lot of difference.

Always try and go with the turbo that the engine builder recommends. They have an idea of what works well.

Agree with Poweraxel, a bigger hotside would also be a good idea.
