I don't have a wideband yet, but the FJO looks very, very good. You can buy it in several different packages with different options. Check it out at:

A bunch of the PowerFC/Datalogit folks have been using the sytems from http://techedge.com.au/. Total cost for an assembled unit with display, cable, and shipping is a bit under $300 + a locally-sourced sensor for $120-150. EFI Systems has an affordable wideband system coming out, too. Anderson Ford Motorsport lists it on their site. FJO sytems are nice, too.

I love the Uego wideband, it costs a bit more but having the temp compensated linear output and excellent support and feedback from other users convinced me to pay the premium.

If you are considering the DIY WB make sure you locate the O2 sensor before you commit to the system or you might end up waiting a while to find the sensor for it.
This thread may enlighten you as to some of the difficulties in finding an available sensor for the techedge WB unit.

while the above mentioned wide bands (fjo, mrm, tech edge) are very tuner friendly, and should work very well comparitively speaking:
http://www.widebando2.com/FAQ%20More%20Info_1.htm#How accurate is the FJO wideband
I think that the best way to answer the question as stated "What is the BEST Wide Band AFR Monitor Kit"
is to say that I would go with either the Motec unit http://www.motec.com.au/plm.htm or the Horiba Unit http://www.emd.horiba.com/engmeas/me...mbda/index.htm
Motec plm has the size advantage and there ems systems are top notch (probably cost less than the Horiba unit-but you still have to have deep pockets)
Horiba-can you say Labratory Research accuracy,
they both use the UGEO , I think the Motec can use either ntk or ugeo
Oh Ya and before purchase of either unit you may want to stop by you local finacial institution and perform the ol stick em up routine, cause like I said either one you'll need to have deep pockets
I think Ima gonna save up for the fjo unit
cause I ain't into the stick em up routine

Strange...
When I enter the Swedish site and looks at the M&W wb meter it says
"På grund av kraftigt höjda priser på UEGO sensorerna har vi ej mer denna i lager. Vi hänvisar till Autronic´s"
In english that means that the UEGO sensor is to expensive so they dont sell the M&W wb no more and you should buy the Autronic instead..
But when i enter the English site it seems to be ok to buy it?
I will go with the autronic anyway i think because im getting the autronic sm2 ECU...

If you want to datalog you DONT want a Motec, you have to buy thier Datalog equip according to them and it cost big bucks.
I have the TechEdge and compared it to the brand new wideband that the dyno had. It was a wb that they got from Dynojet and it was BIG MONEY!!!!! So anyway, my $400 TechEdge wideband was consistantly within .1 of thiers.

I have the techedge do it yourself one and I think the price is right!
I am going to compare it to another brand of wideband so I can make sure it's accurate, but the readings it puts out seem ok.
