Hi,
for myself, I would like to point to a previous point of someone claiming you might have a restriction somewhere. The drop in torque is to early in my little opinion. You say, you have a big exhaust, however, do you have a silencer or some kind in between which might reduce the diameter of your exhaust or maybe to the way to your I/C?
When pulling, are your boost gauge starting to "shiver" at high RPM?

Sorry dude, as I do not know your setup and your car, however, if your boost gauge do not "shiver" before your torque falls down, but "shiver" afterwards, YOU HAVE A RESTRICTION somewhere.
Not like to take your words in question, is just what I would like to consider given the informations provided.

Lets back up a little bit;
You were on the stock twins and made more HP, @ less boost( same tuner/dyno/dyno settings) ? corrected or uncorrected?
What all was changed since that stock twin dyno? I mean EVERYTHING
Instead of getting too caught up on dyno numbers, can we see the difference in fuel consumption between the setups( just post the raw inj maps), and the AFR, ignition data logs, and ambient air temps.

the dyno #'s are corrected. The #'s, which were all consistant came from 2 different dyno jets.
Stock twin setup: stock primaries, 1300cc secondaries, walbro 255lph, 3inch exhaust no cat, 13psi, Vmount, hks twin power, 330whp. 10.8AFR
Single setup: TD61 1.0A/R, 3.5inch Dp, stock primaries, 1680cc secondaries,3inch midpipe, catback no cat. walbro 400lph, hks twinpower, Vmount, ~14psi 320whp. 11.4AFR
Only difference is injector, fuel pump turbo, DP and tune. When I made 330whp with the stock twins it was the same tuner that made 325whp with the single. After I re-tuned it it made 320whp as the timing was set at 10 at the upper rpm's. BTW the injector duty is near 78% now with the single. I will post the fuel map along wtih the timing maps as soon as I get a datalog from my friend.

I attched my corrected raw fuel map. I havnt checked my inj duty now after a few adjustments but I believe its below 75%.
BTW: timing now @ 15psi is 12 at max torque (6.2K RPM) , ramping up to 17 by redline. still too conservative? I will try to push it up to 15 when I have the car on a dyno again just to be sure that its gaining power...and so I can monitor knock.

you mean the lower figures after 6500? that's pretty typical with the PFC mapping, the drops are a little extreme though like cell P16/N20 near redline but may be corrected in the injector correction map(not ideal). the whole map does look a little sloppy with a few lean spots.

no more boost leaks (that I know of) I can always slap on the pressure tester again and double check.
it is the stock orignal motor. so stock ports. w/50K miles 90psi even compression on a hot motor with throttle plates CLOSED. So im assuming compression is not a factor.

Take your map and put it in a Microsoft excel, turn it into a line graph, if you do this the the "ruffness" will be very easy to see. Make it smooth. DOES THIS MAKE SENSE. YOU NEED TO SMOOTH YOUR FUEL MAP. Your injection is all over the place.

Here is an exampe of what I am saying. Pic 1.Take the Injection map copy paste it to excel( be sure you have base x inj in the lower right hand corner). Pic 2Then go to insert in excel and turn the data into line graph. Pic. 3 Its then easy to see how smooth your fuel millseconds are. The one I posted is some what smooth. This is a very helpful way to smooth ou your fuel map.
Keep at it man you will get it figured out.
