welp i have a problem... expert advice needed

ok let me start by saying i have a gr63 kit ,550cc/1600cc, kd2r fuel rail, aeromotive FPR, power fc, datalogit, plx m500 wideband, mid pipe, gt spec exhaust,etc...

i had a problem the other day where i got on it and as soon as it started to spool, it basically shut down like i hit a wall...i examined to find i had a wastegate vaccumm line that had blown off... fixed that and was fine...

then the other day the same thing happend... so i check the lines but everything looks fine.... i turned the boost down but am afraid to try it out again... i will make some datalog runs to check out my air fuel, but does this sound like something that happens when you lean out? i was running about 12psi, i'm on a starter map that steve kan gave me...i was going to start to tune it until this happend... i'm idling at about 10.9-11.4..... it def. rich at idle cause it smokes of pure gas...

any ideas?

You're trying to run 10+ psi of boost on a base map?

not a base map...its steve kans map from another car .... he told me i could run this and tune for my car...i have to be honest, i haven't leaned out at all when i got on it... i always had someone in the car letting me know my air/fuel...but the one time i didn't have somone watching it, is when this happend... so i may have gotten lean... but i was the same symptoms as when the wastegate was unhooked.

That's not a very good idea, especially when it's MAP sensor based...
