Weldon fuel pump for 600 hp
After doing alot of research on here, it seems like the info on running a fuel pump for high horsepower, is twin pumps or external pump with a sump tank. The twin people say isn't the best cause you have the chance of one failing and if your boosting when it happens, there''s a good chance you'll run lean. Doesn't matter how you have it running if it's running a separated line to each rail or in a Y. I also read the A1000 pumps aren't good for the street, they get very hot, plus i don't want to cut the gas tank to add a sump. So is their anyone running 500-600 hp with a single pump with out any problems? What about Weldon pumps, they are rated from 600 hp -2000 hp and more.

This site SRmotorsports sells the bracket for Weldon pumps, it looks like it goes in the tank... not sure, what do you think?

Well the best pump in some comparisons is the bosh 044 or the denso supra pump. I heard the supra pump won't do it, will a single Bosh 044 be able to do 600 hp. I asked a few shops and they run dual pumps, but i need it reliable for the street not just a run down the strip.
I hope there is away to run a single intake pump for 600 hp

I Had the weldon 600a and to me it was great its nice and quiet unlike the aeromotive fuel pumps, which sound like you have a hive of bees in your trunk, but you are looking for 600hp I only had 400hp but if you really wanted to know if weldons are good, they are, the only fuel pumps i'd use on my next project.

im using the 2035 with the 14000 fuel pump controller on a sumped tank. works great so far. on half speed the pump should be able to flow for 4-500whp and it is very quiet.
