Plumb it back into your exhaust, it will be lighter, quieter and cheaper.

I've seen setups where a separate tail pipe for the wastegate was plumped along side the main exhaust. However, With that long of a pipe I don't think there is a need for a muffler .

I'm using an old school smithy's muffler on mine. Not mayn muffler's available in 2" inlet/outlet. Just search summit or go to an exhaust shop and tell them what you're after.

My muffler was about $25 and it *is* a glass filled muffler. Been on the car for this season, no ill effects yet (its only getting beat up by rotary exhaust when the gate's open)

You can plumb it back in, sure. Lots of people like to do what everyone else does

When the gate's open, this car sounds like NOTHING else. I'm going to modify somemore things to alter the soudn over the winter though...

Don't forget...and slower.....although I plumbed mine back into the exhaust, I would rather have run a separate muffler.
