Very pleased w A-spec GT35/40
A-Spec has done great work for me: swaybars, HKS coilovers, and the car is lowered 2.5-3". Without the power steering the car does not feel squirrelly at speed.
I have a nicely paved, almost deserted highway near the house. It has some curves and hills before a long straight that ends on another highway's entrance. I've done 165mph with a police officer as my passenger. His comment was how stable the car felt at that speed.
And yes, new SO3's! -Thanks Sean.

I know of PFYC, they support our local club's track events.
I would probably advise against the Cut out. Not unless you have a map tuned for both the exhaust and without. The fuel needs change and the turbo will spool a bit higher with an open exhaust
According to Dave @ KDRotary, and Steve @ A-Spec the PowerFC will hold 2 maps. You can load different maps with the laptop and associated software: 15psi w& w/o cutout or 93octane & 100 octane.
The boost control kit is for controlling boost above 15psi.
The exhaust cutout is for bypassing the midpipe and catback.

Sure, your LAPTOP may contain many maps, which you can load into the PFC at anytime; the PFC itself does not contain 2 different sets of maps. In order to switch maps you’ll have to use your laptop and Datalogit to load another map. An alternate solution would be to create fuel maps with both the cutout open and closed and then calculate the percentage differences between the 2 fuel maps. When you want to go wot with the cutout open just change the pim voltages to the percentages you calculated. This method would allow you to change the settings via the commander without carrying around your laptop to load the different map.
Regarding heat issues on the electric exhaust cutout:
From McCord Consulting Group, Ltd
"We have them on wankel engines without any issues and also on turbo charged engines. The main portion that sees the heat is made from 303 SS. "

I'll be heading back to A-Spec for installation of brake backing plates, PowerFC boost control kit, and electric exhaust cutout. We will control boost to 15lbs on pump gas and beyond on race gas.
