Vacume line questions

Ok i was told I needed to eliminate my huge vacume system that was left on when the single conversion was done. I started pulling some of the stuff I understood.. now here is pictures of where i am at and I need to know what else needs to come out.. I am doing this assuming its not going to make my ecu freak out right? I have the pettit chip running with a frp.. I dont have a standalone. Anyways, let me know what i need to do.
