v-band adapter question

v-band adapter question
will the v-band adapter made to apadt the GT 4 bolt outlet work for a 4 bolt "on center" turbine outlet? Do the bolt holes line up? If not is there an adapter soemwhere that I can use?
Or do I have to resort to either making an adapter or cutting off the current flange and just welding the v-band on the turbine (is this an easy thing for any good welding shop to do or should I take it some place special?)
