Wow, I checked out the wires and they did slightley get smashed/exposed. I ended up flipping the adapter downward, which actually works...but you need to semi-tighten the connection before you tighten down the fitting to the block. There is a bolt on the side that wants to hit the connection, but you can still manage to get a good tight seal.

The only problem doing this this is that the whole line gets VERY tight...especially if you have the turbo side clocked as vertical as possible for the oil drain. It would have been nice if the line was about a 0.25 inch longer. I hope the line does not leak.

Sean. I still need the line or adapter piece. Mine still leaks a tad from my home made line..

Panda,

One thing I noticed this weekend, the fitting that attaches to the engine is angled (at least mine is). If I put it on so it's angled up, it ends up touching the oil pump wires, like we've been describing. If I put it on so it's angled down, it doesn't touch the wires, but then the line doesn't reach the turbo. It's about 1/8" short. I'll give Sean a call and see what he thinks.

When I flipped the angled fitting downward I was able to tighten everything down, but the line is VERY streeetched now... I'm pretty sure it won't leak, but ideally they need to make the line or the fitting a bit longer.

Let me know if you get a hold of them, I wasn't able to get contact with phone, message, or email over a 2-3 week period... I haven't tried since last week though, I kinda gave up....
