You car is n/a so you'll need alot of things.

The basics would be a turbo manifold with a turbo (wastegate if not internal)
Then intercooler

However, since your n/a you'll need an aftermarket ECU, fuel injectors, fuel pump.

I'm more then likely missing things.

Why are you against getting a kit?

A kit would make more sense for someone that does not even know what all is required in the conversion. There are some things that need to be changed that wouldn't come with a kit, however.

Companies like Turblown or A-spec make very good kits out of quality materials. They can also change components within their kits to suit your needs.

You need to do more research! Do you have any clue how much you will be spending on a single conversion?

Low end is being nice, imo.

For reference, I am planning on spending 4-5k on the conversion (I have an FD). I ALREADY have my fuel system completely sorted, I have an aftermarket ECU (and I am confident in my OWN tuning abilities), my cooling system is already sorted out... I've spent thousands already getting ready for the conversion. We do not even know what you have or have not done to your car already.

Bottom line, if 2k is all you have to spend on a single conversion, you should either spend it on something else, or keep saving. You say you want the "best of the best" parts... 2k will not get you there. No way no how.

Ok dude, here's a hint
- Go look at A-spec Tuning's website and read about what is included in their "kits." Cross-reference different kits and see what is common between them all. (Might also notice they make kits for FC's)

This is EASY information to find! Truly astounding that you cannot find it for yourself.

It would also be prudent for you to tell us what you have ALREADY done to the car.
