turbo choice ?

hello all. im from sunny middlesbrough in england.im also a newbie to this site so go easy on me lol . im guessing most of you are from america ?.

I recently bought an rx7 fd3s. i was running sequential twins pretty much standard but with a 100 shot of nos. i got bored very quick so the cars off the road for the moment while i put my single turbo conversion on it.
Problem is...in the uk rx7 parts are few and far between and not many places specialise in tuning the rx. Also most parts for them cost twice as much as what they do in the u.s
so baring that in mind. im hoping you could help me decide on what parts i require. eg turbo type, fuel injectors, rail and pump. management wise im going down the power fc route. 500 bhp at the flywheel would do me nicely.

thanks for your time jamie

Remove the nos before you blow your engine

youll need a big single, power fc, fuel mods, front mount....

just do a search.

Research... its the best way to find out what you want/need... in order to get to that hp mark you will need to go to single (obviously) but there are many mods that you need to get with that. Good luck.

Hurley Rotary is in the UK. They are a lot closer to you than anything I know of. Their website is www.hurleyrotary.com.

When calling from the United Kingdom: 024 7666 1357

When calling from the United States of America: 011-442-476-661-357

When calling from anywhere else in the world: +44 2476 661 357

That is off their website for contact info. Hope that helps. They are supposed to be very good.

there are a few UK guys on here actually.

I personally would start by finding a good reliable shop close by you and see what they can offer you in terms of a single turbo upgrade and tuning.

the single turbo forum on here actually has a lot of good info for you in terms of turbo selection and pros/cons.
