turbo blades dont spin good ??????

is that bad they guy that wants to sell me it says it needs oil to spin better, cuz it hasnt been used in years ??????????? BULL **** ITS FUCKED OR NEEDS OIL??????????

non bb turbos wont spin much without oil pressure. you should be more concerned with shaft play than how much the turbo spins with your hand
